Slate is the lowest commitment coaching plan that I offer. This plan is great if you are a new runner, new to personalized coaching, or just don’t have a lot of time to commit to training, but still want guidance.

With this tier, you will have one hour long virtual or in person meeting with me per month in addition to your initial consultation and goal setting session, a simple training plan that specifically meets your needs in regards to frequency, intensity and timing of your runs, and unlimited email access to me to ask any questions that you need as you work through your training plan.

The Intro tier is a no commitment, monthly option that you can cancel at any time.
