Deep Focus is the most in depth personalized coaching that I offer. Athletes will receive all benefits that Crimson Athletes receive in addition to in person coaching of key workouts, unlimited virtual or in person meetings with me, and the optional opportunity to train with other Deep Focus athletes whose training goals, races, or circumstances align.
Deep Focus athletes should be ready to build a deep and intentional relationship with me as your coach and should be fully committed to your training and coaching experience. If you have elite aspirations, this is the plan for you.
Deep Focus requires a minimum of 6 months commitment with a discount if subscribing for an entire year. Deep Focus Athletes will also be the first to access any new or supplemental resources that I offer.
